I just checked our event reward logs and saw we handed it out more than once, I cannot share any other information on that.
True, whoever has the other chairs might have got banned, or just quit the game. Unless you gave another chair very recently, I think I would notice by now if anyone else had the chair. I was using smega alot, saying it is the only one. If someone else had it he would correct me. Also, whoever sees it says its the first time they ever saw it, so again, unless you gave one out very recently, I think this is the only one.
