Imagine having an event, where you are not allowed to use taxis, fast travel tickets, VIP teleport rocks etc. Even for 3 days up to a week. It would bring more players together. It would make maplestory a huge place again. It would bring more adventures. It would be fun. Yeah it would be time consuming, but if you have hours to play ( since most of you guys play 8-16 hours a day here ), what does it stop you from walking from henesys to kerning city, or take a ship from ellinia to orbis? This server is in constant rush, it needs to slow down a bit. Maybe make an event that lasts 3-7 days, but there are quests for this event: GM puts different quests all around the maple world, and you must go and travel the maple world by walking / taking a ship. There will be at least 100 different spots you must go and do certain tasks. The one who finishes all the tasks, gets amazing rewards, maybe a white scroll or something? Would you be up for this challenge? This event would be like once a year or something, so players wont lose efforts or time etc.
Will be denying this because the thread owner is banned. Also I feel like it would encourage players not to play during that event . Not all of us are playing 8-10 hours a day. The vast majority are grown up now and have grown up things to do instead of sit around and wait to get to a destination in a video game.
