Closed Two characters unable to add each other

    I have these two characters that I'm trying to add each other on their buddy list's but it's not really doing the task. Comes back as "the request was denied due to an unknown error."
    Down to try anything, patience will be applied. I'm not sure why it's not allowing me to. Just trying to get buddy list with my characters- that is my goal.

    I used "save name" function via right click on character sprite to avoid any typos. Clip not included in video.
    IGN's affecting: PerfectDark and FemmeLaDark
    Nearby characters/other names within party/vicinity: USHALLNOTPAS and LordOfDaDark

    No they dont. They have the same name since initial creation.

    Have tried adding both characters (USHALLNOTPAS and LordOfDaDark) from my ice mage (TheTourGuide)

    Was able to add both without any issues

    Does the same issue applies to any other of your characters, or strictly only these 2?

    Edit: my bad, read the post wrongly

    Have tried adding both characters (PerfectDark and FemmeLaDark) and faced the same error message of "The request was denied due to an unknown error"

    I received them lol I got spooked as well. Yeah its strange right? My brain is discombobulated.

    Think somehow the affected characters buddy list is corrupted, likely would need an Admin to fix it

    it got fixed after one of the maintenances i forgot to reach back out
