It's still mystifying how you managed to PQ yesterday with a character who hasn't been to Amoria for at least two days.

 

None of the recent APQ reports have any evidence what so ever, so none of them will be considered.
Please keep rule 3 in mind: Any accusations that devolve into petty bickering will be ignored.

Don't just throw accusations with nothing to back it up with. Let's try to keep it clean here, even if drama is fun.

3. DETAILS : Was trying to get etc to enter neo tokyo. went to zipangu castle corridor 9, found Kacchuu Musha at channel 14. I was attacking the boss and died so came back to the map with my mage for back up. These 2 players came in after me and my mage were already in the map and started ksing him.

You need ~mapowner like Sen said. And you also need to show uncropped screenshots. Right now it's your words against his.

 

indeed i have no solid evidence to accuse him of doing this, because I didn't see the actual situation in the moment, and my buyer was hanging here and maybe its because my buyer was hanging too high on the rope ,which caused her to be knocked down by the attack of the skele. Right after i took his screenshot in the next map , no longer he came here and hanging on the rope without saying anything even i asked him why did he do that ,and he hanged there for like 1 hr , i felt insecurity when i tried to go back town and npc my stuff .its fine to not add him to blacklist , just want to tell everyone to beware of this player anyway.

 

Okay question for you guys, would I be black listed for innocently spreading harmless misinformation? Like for the past 3 days I've been slowly convincing people that cucumbers are needed for xmas event, and like I've had a couple dozen contacts asking about cucumbers. So like I can go ahead with my plot?

I think this is really an excellent prank. If people panic that easy and default into greed, its really their own fault. How would this be black-list worthy if they get greedy themselves? Well then its their own fault if they think they can get an advantage early on at this event lol.
