    There has been an emergency situation and the server has been shutdown until an Admin is available to handle the situation.

    There is not enough information to give you an estimated time of when it will be back up, so thank you for your patience.

    Sorry I have been away for a few days and am literally just back online.

    Unfortunately there will be a rollback. Otherwise the economy and all sorts will be messed up. We are still unsure of the exact cause of the meso exploit but have made a few changes to some things which may have possibly have caused it.

    Server should be back online in about an hour or so.

    So lots of us lost all the items that were up in our store... :X is there a solution to this? I had so many things.. and how was I to know to Screen shot it when I wasn't even on?.. @.@

    Server was rolled back to 01:00 14/10/13 which was a few hours before the exploit was raised. So about 20 hours ago from this message. We will give a 2x exp event to compensate between 01:00 and 18:00 on Monday 21st October.

    You should be able to vote again if it has been more than 24 hours since the time you voted before the rollback.

    What about people that won't be able to receive 2x compensation? I will be in school for Nait for welding and have a family at home aswell so I won't be able to be on at that time frame is it possible to distribute 2x cards for say a 4 hour period that we can use when we have the time to play?

    The timeframe given for the 2x exp is the fairest way that we can do it right now. The timescale of 1am to 6pm today (monday) was what was lost. So the 2x exp will be during the exact same time next week so that for the most part, the people who were affected by it will be able to benefit from it.

    Yes this is server time. I always use server time unless otherwise stated.

    Regarding items/levels. The only compensation will be the 2x exp event and recovering items that were lost from an open hired merchant I'm afraid.

    That logic would be acceptable by the players if it was a normal Monday but today is Canadian Thanksgiving so many of the Canadian players had a holiday today. At this time next Monday, most of them will probably be at work or school for at least half of that time. Since there a quite a lot of players from Canada on the server, me and many other people think that it would be best if you move the 2x event to Saturday or Sunday.

    Seriously. Some of us lost so many levels and scheduling the 2x on a workday/schoolday does not compensate -- it only helps those with no job or no classes, who have enough time to train as is. Make a poll if you need proof, but I doubt there will be more than a handful of people who would prefer next Monday 2x over Saturday. Do Saturday, same hours (1am - 6pm). Next Monday is not a holiday, so your logic of compensating those online at the same does not hold.

    I am one from Canada as well we had the day off and the next Monday I will be at school so I can't stay up to catch it cause work in the morning and I get home late aswell I hope there is something u can do Matt

    maybe you could change it to Friday/Saturday?
    or make it 24 hours in that day.
