Solved [Solution Given] [Experimental] Client Crashing Test Fix

Got the new file, still crashed in Snowman, Body 3 roughly ~50% HP or so. Was sat in the map for maybe 20 minutes before it spawned. Running IMG files, solid PC setup.

Had a second client just chilling in Purplewood Forest 2 by itself.

 

So I replaced the .dll and now im greeted with the "The client is outdated..." text box and it refuses to launch
I didn't make a back up copy of the original .dll either because I am stupid and now I have to do a fresh install kekw.

 

When did you download the file? A few people had that issue initially, but Matt uploaded a new file and that fixed it for me.

 

Oh when it was first uploaded. I will get the new file and try that ^^ I didn't see Matts new post

 

I tried it but unfortunately, it didn't fix the issue. I did 3 clients in cwk: Hero, Bucc, and SE. My Bucc was on the far right side of the map. The Hero and SE both disconnected during the Cwk (on 1st and 2nd run). The Bucc managed to remain just fine since it didn't see the HP bar or bosses.

I did restart pc +reclient before the run , and only 1client

 

Just got back from a snowman and was curious as to Royal's memory usage.

Not sure what it is but doesn't seem like sound caching.
Didn't dc but definitely abnormal.

 

Used the new file, went on multiple snowman's and didn't DC. Just some big lag spikes though.

worse dc for me now, getting the missing DLL error like doo after a while in boss runs.

Hey I have such a problem I made a character enter Login and password pin then your pic and it kicks me out of maple
i have this message:
You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later.
Can anyone help me why it's not working? thanks !

 

still crashing in Auf
got everything happening:

• -2147^#*&^%(
• black screen
• just crash, nothing pops out
  
• some red circle with white cross warning
• freeze screen

 

does it fix the mounting crash? Everytime I use my Draco or click into a cash shop mount (and only on my skoyi account) I got dc

 

Random inconsistent dcing at ht, client freezes then black screens, usually around the same hp mark of 30%

 

doesn't work, same behaviour as before on my end

 

Since the snowman and other bosses are the primary source of maplemas stars among other desirable items, would it be possible to extend the duration of the event whenever this issue has been resolved?
I feel like I am missing out on a lot of event related rewards.

Edit: to contribute to the thread, I have disconnected/crashed every single snowman except one where I was quite actively gfx'ing. No error messages or black screens, simply the client freezing and closing shortly after.
I'm using the WZ setup at 1024x768 resolution.
