I don't know what that means! There's been absolutely zero foul play on my part, I spend the game doing apqs and dressing up. (recently, if I may add...). Is there any way we could resolve this? Or if I need to clear anything up or something??

 

Upon further investigation, it appears that you are trying to connect to the game from a previously banned users IP address. I apologize for the mixup. Would you be able to restart your router (and leave it unplugged for at least 60 seconds) to obtain a new IP address and attempt to connect to the game afterwards? Please let me know the results.

 

Do you have any other IGNs on any other accounts? If so, please list them out.

I personally don't have any other accounts. But I do share the same internet with another player who has multiple account.
