edit: maybe you can add a cs feature that basically tells you probability of profit based on what item you choose. for example profit chance if using cs on 3/6 bwg or 11/3 fs or 10/5 bfc. this is a lot to ask tho.

 

Sorry for being particular, but shouldn't this be a Scroll Simulator. Since you are simulating scrolling? But great job with it!! Gonna try and see if dummy scrolling actually works.

I was coming to this thread to say literally just this. Sorry to be a bit picky, but it drives me mental every time this thread appears in the 5 most recently responded to threads, with its irritating typo.

I'm still a little confused. Why do I have to choose how much + the chaos will give on each slot? Would it be possible to just enter the equip stats and slots and then just spit out the % chance that it gets to a certain wa? For exmaple let's say I want to compare scrolling 5/5 bfc to 4/5 bfc, and I want to figure out how much each cape will cost to get to 17wa, how would I get this information from the calculator as it is now? Thanks.

 

I'm gonna give a little explanation of my understanding.
Please correct me if anything is wrong.

For each stat from -5 ~ +5, the probability is the same. (5.45% * 11 = 60%) + 40% failed

However, the probability of +1 for example, could see as (5.45% * 5) = 27.27% = get + 1 or better.
In this case, 27.27% would get (+1 ~ +5), 40% failed, and 32.73% would get (-5 ~ 0).

For the formula without using WS:
(Equip Price) / (27.27%) = Avg. Cost for Equips
(Chaos Scroll Price) / (27.27s %) = Avg. Cost for CS
(Avg. Cost for Equips) + (Avg. Cost for CS) = Total Avg. Cost

For the formula using WS:
(Equip Price) / (40% Failed +27.27 %) = Avg. Cost for Equips
(Chaos Scroll + White Scroll Price) / (27.27 %) = Avg. Cost for WS/CS
(Avg. Cost for Equips) + (Avg. Cost for WS/CS) = Total Avg. Cost using WS
