Solved [Solution Given] Returning player can't remember PIC - email no longer valid

Hello! I am a returning player who last played royals around 2016. As its been quite a long time I can not remember my PICs for either of my accounts. I know the account names, passwords and the PINs for both but not the PICs. I have an idea of what the PICs are but I haven't been able to find the correct combo for it yet and have now locked myself out of the accounts. The emails linked to these accounts are inaccessible as they are over a decade old and have long since locked me out. Is there any way to access my account or reset my PIC without using the linked emails?
