Closed Donated Snow did not show up

Problem: Snow Donation Checker NPC, not showing donated snow amount
Details:

Hi, I've donated >5000 snow since joining the guild, but the donated amount still shows as 0 at the NPC, even after a few days.

me same issue
I donated over 20k snow and tried to rank up our mule guild
but guild points unchanged and my own is also still 0
I'm hesitating whether I should donate remaining snow

 

Yeah, uncertain to donate more now or donate after a possible fix

Can you check now? The donated amount should have been accounted for, and the NPC Maple Claws was simply not displaying the proper amount.
