Closed Issue with retrieval of Thanksgiving reward

    Problem: The mail will expire soon
    Details: I have applied for the account restoration and still waiting for the response. It has been more than 15 days and it is not resolved yet. I think my Thanksgiving reward will expire soon if I do not retrieve them from the mail guy. Is there a way you can extend the time period to retrieve until I re-gain my access to my account?

    I think it's best to request this again after you have recovered your account since the Staff won't know when will your account be restored and could expire again after extending

    But I do not have any proof if I wait until it expires. I did not take any screenshot or anything
