Closed Issue with retrieval of Thanksgiving reward

Problem: The mail will expire soon
Details: I have applied for the account restoration and still waiting for the response. It has been more than 15 days and it is not resolved yet. I think my Thanksgiving reward will expire soon if I do not retrieve them from the mail guy. Is there a way you can extend the time period to retrieve until I re-gain my access to my account?

I've put in an admin request to extend the reward in the case that your account has not been recovered yet. Your patience is appreciated.
