IGN: Itsuyo Problem: Unable to locate Character Details: At around 3am Server Time I logged into the game fine. After a while I d/c'ed from the game. So I tried to relog into the game, after I selected my Character in the Character Selection Screen, the client went black screen and closed itself with a disconnected popup window appearing. I tried to relog multiple times until I realised my internet connection was gone, so I waited until my connection was back. When it did come back I tried relogging again, but after i landed on the Character Selection Screen, my Character was not there anymore, all thats left were empty silhouettes - I attached a Screen Shot of this. I also tried to log into my other Account to check if my Itsuyo Character was still in Buddy list/Guild or not, and yes she is still in all of those - I also attached a Screen Shot of that. My question is, how did my Character possible get deleted like that? And am I able to get her back? Please let me know if you need any further information about this matter. Kind regards, Hana. The character Itsuyo has been deleted. You may have accidentally deleted the character. I'll put in a request to restore the character. Please note there is no estimated time for character restoration, as a server check is required. Once the character is restored, we will let you know on this thread.
