IGN: Lonnie, Mackapoo (tried trading to my other character Underpantz) Problem : Cash shop Nx bug Details : I used some nx to purchase a few APRs on one of my accounts. I was planning to trade them to another account to use. However for some reason it said trade was unsuccessful. I tried a few more times, made some space in equip (because it was full at the time) to see if it was the problem. Cash shop tab was perfectly clear and spacious. Then I thought to myself maybe it was the character LvL (69)? I thought that certain Lvls are restricted. (example- cant gach on a character under 50). I proceeded to enter back into the Cash shop to store them, then relog back on main character on that account (173). The APRs I store back into the Cash shop storage, are gone. D: Not sure if I'm the only one that had/has this problem. The amount of APRs I purchased as 4-5, wasn't a crazy amount but I thought it was a bigger issue. Ps. In the future, is there a preventative way to "trade" nx items like this? Unfortunately i mainly vote on 1 account but the character I'm currently working on, isn't on the same account.
Trading of NX items can be bugged sometimes, and storing bugged NX items will cause them to disappear *many players faced this issue before Do indicate how many APRs you lost so that the Staff can forward the information to Admins for verification Upon verifying, the Admins will refund you accordingly (NX amount)

Unfortunately no, this bug that happens to NX items occurs randomly and it's not possible to prevent/predict certain NX items being bugged
Hello GMs After todays server check, I still do not see those AP resets in the cash shop. NO rush, but was just wondering if this server check was part of that fix. Thx!
