I'm hearing a lot of people reffereing to something called GS2 ingame. Could anyone help me out and let me know what that is? O_O Im new and
"GS2" is abbreviated for Ghost ship 2. You can find it in singapore just keep going right and you'll find it. Great place to train for most 50+ difficult for some jobs. Hope this helped!
Yes has the best exp to hp ratio of monster around those lvl however they hit really hard and its hard for thief and archer and maybe fire/poison mages to grind there. its very hard for sin and bow/xbow because its extremely packed map and super hard to get the distance to kill not to say how hard they hit lol. Even on my dit at 51 its 4 hit kill and they hit 400 while I have 1.5k hp so having to pot so often slow down a lot. I'm not sure how fire/poison mage so since they don't have aoe. I/L and cleric owns the place as they are weak to lightening and heal. And i assume warrior with aoe do fine there. And no idea about pirates lol
Hehe. Not quite right what this above me is saying. FP got a nice place in Ghostship. Selkie JR are weak to fire and you are as fast as IL mages at Slimies there, because you are hella fast killing them with Arrow + Teleport. + I am myself an XBOW and i have to say. Packed spawn? i dont care.. every heard of PKB ? PowerKnockBack? if you are a skilled bowman player it NP lvling there.
O ya forgot about that, honestly haven't touched archers in so long. Also skilled bowman player.... its maplestory lets not go there >.> Well gunslinger pretty much sucks until 4th job since like they came out, I think they fix them during the big thief/pirate patch but remember even post BB their lvling was a joke coz they were sooo weak.
Why not? Ever compared a common Shadower with a Pro one? or a Average skilled XBOW player at cornians vs a Pro one? better look some videos. =)
O_O how is GS2 hard for slingers? You're saying you try to stand on the same level as selkies or slimys? Have you tried using invisible shot and standing on the stairs?... Literally all you do is sit on the stairs and spam invisible shot... You never get hit... Only time you'd get hit is to loot equip drops... Same for L7 thieves (but sometimes the stairs block stars so you gotta move around) This map is very good for any class type. Ranged classes can sit on stairs or for archers use Pkb and then mob skill Mages can sit on stairs and spam (f/p can use claw on stairs..) Warriors just melee attack to aggro mobs, sit in corner and slash blast away You obviously do not know how to play a slinger then... They are one of the faster classes to reach level 70 @ GS2 and then training his hella fun
Maybe it was post BB they get screwed over than coz i remember leveling one and it was so weak compare to the other classes I was leveling.
You can only compare the power of one class to another player of the same class... It's ignorant to think that one class can be compared to another in the damage field. You can achieve any damage you want with proper funding, but how you use the class is how the dps or effectiveness with the class works out.
