IGN: Souna Problem: Players cannot add me as a Buddy Details: People can't add me as a buddy. When they try to, it says to them, "An Unknown Error has Occurred." I can add them, but not the other way around. I'd have to be the one to send the request. My BL is not full, so that isn't the issue.
If the affected character didn't have any name changes before, it's very likely this random issue will disappear after a server check As of now, no known cause has been confirmed yet Note: can wait for an official confirmation from the Staff
Tbh this has been a problem for a long time for me. I never reported it because not many people were adding me. Now that I'm more active, I'm meeting more friends and the problem has become much more relevant. The only way for me to get names on my buddy list is for ME to send the request. @staff help plz =))

It didn't require a server check to fix. The issue was a duplicate buddy entry as @nyannko777 suggested. I deleted it and the problem was solved instantly. Thanks for checking. Mark this as an official fix for when that issue pops up in the future
