    Just trying to help here, your valuation is way off as tradeable LUK eyes are very rare (for now).
    If you want a closer valuation I'd try to think how much a finished 5/5/10 eye would be, which it basically is.
    In my opinion, you should not accept offers below 17-18b if you don't want to get merched.
