by all characters you mean other accounts as well ? if so i had an account a really long time ago but i completely forgot as well as i have an account recently char name jmii but thats about it

so the reason is the ip address i assume or me changing the pass and email if it wasnt mine i wouldnt be able to do that i dont see why banning me for this reason this is really frustrating
