hi gm i haven't logged in to my account since about 3 weeks i noticed i dont have my 120att maple pyrope spear i left it in shop a few weeks back and there was no equips with Fredrick i am mad right now i spent 4 bil when i first got it i was trying to sell it make some mesos and i couldn't find it anywhere in my account please look into this gm assap thanks

my ign BonfighterZ yeah i did left it at a shop for max mesos and buying an item in my shop for 2mil so that no one can buy it i was taking offers i thought i had it like about a week ago but i wasn't focused on it until now when i needed to sell it it was a Lv77 Maple Pyrope Spear 120att 43acc forgot how much str it had i hope this helps
Was there a lot of mesos with Frederick when you retrieved your items? 2m isn’t enough to make a max mesos item unbuyable since the 2.1b gets taxed.
thats not the point if my spear was sold i would at had Mesos with Fredrick which i didn't or at least the equip would have been with Fredrick
Hello. I apologize for the delayed response. I have sent this over to our admins to review. The only thing that crosses my mind is that you got hit with taxes from Frederick depending on how long the item was actually with him. Those are 1% per day I believe.
it wasnt sold in your hired merchant items dont just disappear so you may have misplaced it in a different way (dropping, selling to npc)
