    i will check what time works for everyone, by next you mean the one in about 5 hours?
    Nevermind ,it wont work, usualy around 2pm servertime works for us but i will have to check...
    perhaps 2pm server on friday if its possible?

    Probably not, since we are NA/asia/europe mixture and that's the reason our runs are at that exact time :-/
    I've been asking my members about 2pm friday to see if its even possible but I'll need some time for all of them to wake up.
    Would be great if you/other staff member could make it at this time, cause its hard to find another time that caters to all 3 timezones.
    Appreciate the effort!

    2pm could work.

    or alternatively, maybe have one or a few people get the refund and then distribute it since most of the drops are tradeable anyway

    if some are missing we will distribute the rest of the loot between the missing players

    why are bugs like this immediately handled without delay but character issues takes weeks to consolidate and reply? This is ridiculous and requires some changes

    Because refunding boss-related issues can be done by a GM but processing character issues can only be done by an Admin due to account security concerns

    For what it's worth, this is an issue that has been in discussion internally within staff for years now. Unfortunately the most obvious solutions (i.e., providing higher level access to GMs or promoting more Admins) obviously comes with huge risks.
