Hi, The game client crashes in my PC for like 2-3 a day. Its not just exit the game, its just the game got stuck. is there anything I can do to fix it?
There is an error window that pops up but its empty, I mean there is a button to click OK but nothing wrote down the button as well as in the error window.
Do you have any screenshots of the issue? Cause you mentioned the game got stuck, does it turn white and unresponsive?
I've screenshot it yesterday, sometimes the error window pops up and sometimes not, this time it didn't pops. It looks like this (look on the right game client), both of the clients got stuck but you can see the right one clearly on this screenshot.
I am guessing it got stuck due to multi-client memory usage Try clone the Royals game folder, and launch the clients separately (1 client per game folder)
Another bug that I've been noticed is when I go to sleep I turn off the PC screen, and it makes the client to freeze like I've screenshot you on top. This is happens whether I turn off the PC screen with one client open or 2 clients. So I've tried to turn it off and then turn it on back again and it freeze the client game.

I've downloaded the c++ file and still got crashes... its started since the last s/c when I had to download new files. Idk what is going on...
I am also not sure what's triggering the game crashes, tried afking + online for several hours, didn't crash
