Closed me and my friend got banned for no reason

    my friend : paco123 (we got more than 1 login ID each , we got banned in all of them)
    Last thing you did:
    me : selling scrolls on fm
    my friend: dojo
    Why do you think you got banned?: no idea!
    Ban message when attempting to log in: " this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection "

    first of all , thank you for the quick answer , secondly : is there a way to write to someone with the hope of returning to the game?
    me and my friend play this game for years and never harassed anyone , we can't let this pass without a chance to recover our accounts.

    Before i actually explain my side , i have re-read the terms and conditions carefully and i suggest you take a look at number 10 appendix for account sharing :
    1. Using power-levelling services;
    2. Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (i.e. training);
    3. Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own;
    4. Removing items from or deleting someone else's character;
    5. Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else;
    6. Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account;
    7. Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing;
    8. Sharing your account details with multiple people.

    me and my 2 friends have never violated anything listed above , hence we deserve a smaller punishment!

    the only 2 reasons we shared accounts :
    1) to use a BS MW20 mule in krex and zakum parties
    2) to finish the 2-carat lovebirds ring (every 4 hours kill event bosses) while my friends were not home..

    we didn't knew that this was the meaning of account sharing , of course now we know and we will do it again , we didn't cheat , scam , hack , harass or did anything that deserves a true perma and IP ban !
    we love this server and grind daily on it while ALWAYS helping other maplers!
    after all i done to the community i don't deserve to be punished like that .

    i hope you guys will re-check yourselves and everything will get back to normal , thank you .

    You said you've both played the game for years, and your friend paco123 logged into your bishop Nofit for a Zakum party. That is gaining an unfair advantage: sharing a bishop mule for Krex/Zakum parties.... As well as doing the event bosses for your friend when they were not home. ^_^'

    You should only be using your own accounts, nobody else’s.

    While you didn't share your account details with multiple people as stated with number 8; your friend obviously knew your bishop's account details because they were able to log into it right away to use it as a bishop mule for a Zakum party a couple of weeks prior.

    There's also evidence via the logs that show this has been happening since the bishop was made (January 2023) showing both accounts being logged into at the same time from the same connection despite you owning Nofit (the Bishop mule in question.)

    This has been going on since January 2023 and it's not something we can be lenient with as it's happened quite a few times and it looks like it has been happening since the Bishop was created.

    You were sharing a bishop account and letting your friend log into it whenever they pleased.
    We are unable to be lenient with that given the duration it has gone on for, and the fact that you were sharing a character for bossing purposes, I am sorry.
