Closed New account ID blocked?

    I have just registered for the first time to play with a friend, and after creating my character I was unable to join the world and it kicked me out of the game.
    I noticed that I have my VPN enabled so I disabled it and now my account is blocked?

    Edit: I connected to my VPN again, but I am unable to join the world.
    as soon as I choose my character, the game just shuts down...

    ALL Your Character Names: Snipon
    Last thing you did: Tried to log-in
    Why do you think you got banned?: Used a VPN
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    Yes, this is my main name... I wondered why it was taken. I might have tried to play before, but it was a long time ago...

    You were permanently banned back in 2021 for hacking. This means that you as a person are permanently banned from the server. Please do not create any additional accounts as they will be banned as well. We wish you the best with your future endeavors.
