well that makes sense I suppose, can you explain why banning one character locks my account. From a logical perspective I should not be allowed to play on Teabag but should be able to play on my other two characters. If you find this invalid change your "ban" to an account ban, not a character ban...
The ban is an account ban. It's also an IP and MAC ban. You, the person, are not permitted to play until the ban expires.
One more question... will i be able to vote over my 3 day vacation or has that action been revoked as well?
