IGN: (xxtentaction) Problem: (2 ws's lost at fredrick) Details: (I was putting my 2 ws in fredrick from 399m and I didn't get the money, my shop got closed, I was logging in trying to see if it got sold, I didn't get the money nor the ws's, now I lost them.)
It was like 2 days ago, I think after the maintenance, I was talking with fredrick to pick mesos or items, he didn't give me mesos or items
my shop was open and after the maintenance my scrolls was gone after I tried to speak with fredrick to take my items back
Nope why would I screenshot my white scroll in my shop lol who would thought that it would be bugged, all I did was putting 2 ws for 399m each in my shop in fredrick, and its gone now, I don't just randomly screenshot every item I put in fredrick, never encountered in such a thing
Not referring to screenshots of WS when they are placed in store Did you take screenshot(s) of what was available with Fredrick when the shop is closed?
Nope I just logged in check fredrick saw a few mills like 20-30 and my items I withdraw all and then I noticed the 2 ws's missing
No I didn't, didn't used them didn't get them didn't sell them I got bugged and lost my 2ws thats all youve been leaving me off for like week and so far Im behind because of this bug,
It’s been like 2 weeks since I post this thread and then I didn’t remember exactly when, the replies takes ages and I am still waiting , No one could remember the exact time, just check the logs or something It makes me wanna quit tbh I had 2ws and now it’s holding me back since these money should’ve been invested to buy more items, it’s just sad cause It lowers my motivation all these bugs
The time simply helps admins to verify what happened. I don’t want to raise your hopes. I don’t recall a case where regular item just disappeared. Therefore this is a low priority task for admins and will most likely take much longer than you might expect. I’m sorry for your loss but there is nothing I can do besides forwarding it to the admins. Please remain patient until they reply.
