Closed Ban Appeal - 2023/05/15

Please see ban appeal below:

ALL Your Character Names: Craq, BlueFsh, one other (storage mule I rarely use)
Last thing you did: 3 weeks ago I was with guildies in FM entrance ch15 before leaving on vacation. Returned today and got ban message while trying to log in.
Why do you think you got banned?: N/A - as I mentioned, I was out of country for 3 weeks without access to MRoyals.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."
What GM banned you (optional): N/A

Other info: I tried resetting current internet connection and mobile hotspot in attempt to log in from different connection. Both failed.

I assume this is referring to the whitelist procedure - which I now read... My wife & kid also play royals and it seems their accounts are banned as well...

In any case, is there anything that can be done to lift ban?

 

Please list out the IGNs for you, your wife, and your kid individually

 

mine are Craq & BlueFsh
wife is Qupa & AnsF
daughter is DarkDonut

Same error messages.

Also, voted while travelling so this may have triggered something?

It appears that you were the only one playing all these accounts

 

We have one computer at home. We were travelling together for 3 weeks and voting on whatever internet connection we could find. I wasn’t aware that was an issue.

back to my original question - what can be done to lift ban?

I have not applied - I read through and understand the policy and can apply. Will this allow for a lift of the ban?

 

How come all these accounts share the same credentials?

 

I opened the accounts for my wife and daughter to encourage them to join in on my nostalgia. I didn't think it would lead to an issue at the time.
I don't think they are interested in playing anymore - they've starting playing a different game together. So really, my request would be to lift ban on my account (ign: Craq, Blufsh, etc.).
Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you.

 

There is no way for us to verify your claim without a prior whitelist application. And even if your claim is true, you will still be banned for major vote abuse since each household can only vote once per day.

With that being said, your appeal is denied

 

I understand. Unfortunate, though. Considering my negligence with regards to the whitelist policy and clean history otherwise, I am sure this could have remediated with a temporary suspension & warning, and your platform would have kept a player/customer.
