Solved [Solution Given] New player cant login

Hello,
i just created an account but i cant login to the game.
because i was able to log in to here and because i registered twice i assume its not the same user
i used the same mail and same name

any help will be appriciated

So just to clarify, you need to register on the home page to log into the game. These are just the forums.

 

i registered twice as i said. it gives me user already exists

 

Can you post a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to log into the game?

the in game message says:
"This is an incorrect password.
please check again"

if i try top register here:

it says
" This username is not available! "
i do renember that i registered twice, however only the forum registration sent me an email.

the web doesnt let me to upload a screenshot , i tried different file formats...
i will try again in a min

 

I mean it sounds like another person already used the username to register an account. Try registering using a different username and see if that works.
