Closed Devolution of baby Robo

    Problem: Pet devolution
    Details: I evolved my baby robo into Red robo today (4/5/23) and it just got back to baby robo after I came out from SHOP.
    Is that a bug ˊˋ

    BTW I asked for the re-evolution quest but I didn't have the evolution rock yet and technically it shouldn't be got back to baby Robo
    so here is the detail of how the bug is

    4/5/23 : Baby Robo>evolution quest>Red Robo>after I got out of the SHOP>Baby Robo(???????????)
    5/5/23 : Baby Robo>evolution quest>Red Robo>re-evolution quest>Green Robo
    6/5/23 : Green Robo>re-evolution quest>Red Robo
    7/5/23 : Red Robo>re-evolution quest>Green Robo
    8/5/23 : Green Robo>re-evolution quest>Blue Robo>re-evolution quest>Red Robo
    9/5/23 : Red Robo>re-evolution quest>Blue Robo
    10/5/23 : Blue Robo>re-evolution quest>Red Robo>re-evolution quest>Blue Robo

    Yea it's a bug that can occur to pets with evolution

    The best way to prevent it is to log off upon evolving it

    For your case, can try request Admin for the refund

    Admins would do the confirmation during server checks before issuing the refund
