Hello, you were permanently banned for soliciting rwt. Would you like to explain the origin of your items and meso? Where did you get the common rwt items such as clean FS and SCG from?

I would like to admit my faults to RWT.

However, I was also playing with a couple friends of mine who live together in the same home who also got banned. I know account sharing is against the ToS, but I was desperate in asking a friend to help me with the Event Jump Quest, since I typically struggle with and loathe jump quests. They both received the same message this morning when trying to log on, but they are unbeknownst to my RWT infractions as I did it on my own.

Can you please look into their accounts? I've included the IGN's of their characters below, there are 4 accounts in total (it is two people with two accounts each).

Can I ask that you please clarify the reasoning? They've done nothing wrong other than violating the account sharing ToS, and even that feels like a minor infraction, since it was just for a jump quest on my account, which is now banned anyways. It was for no clear advantage in the game and just for fun.

We are all supporters of the game and I'm sure they would love to keep playing, and have no history of violating ToS in the past. Also, if anything, only one of them violated the account sharing rule since one person did it, and the other person did not.

 

I'm not sure if I need to hit reply or how to reopen the thread so you can see this message, so trying this by hitting reply as well.

 

Oh I thought you wanted them banned. Hmmm we will need to investigate the account sharing a bit more to see if it warrants a perm ban then. Thanks for your honesty again

Can you tell me which friend owns which characters?

Marlee and Mariee is one person and was the one that helped me with the jumpquest.

Tohra and GripReaper is another person, but they live together, which I assume why they were also all banned together since it was coming from the same IP address.

Do you happen to have a timeline for these types of things?

Hi Tim, SwirlyShart is just another close friend of ours separate from the two mentioned above; he shouldn't be involved in anything at all for the most part. All I can think of is we go to each other's houses occasionally, as far as I recall he was at my place a few weeks ago using my spare pc to play royals while he was here, and I was over the day or week before that at his place where I logged in for a bit on his pc to hang out a bit? Could be that if there's any ip flags at all.

I've argued my case a bit above, but we were just friends trying to hang out and have fun, and I crossed the line violating the rules, but I don't think my friends should all be permanently banned as well.

Tohra and GripReaper has never used my account. I suspect he got banned because he lives in the same house as the person who did the event jump quest for me. I've also never used his accounts.
