IGN: QuickCPQ Problem: 10th anniversary shop sold me wrong item Details: Hello, I worked very very hard to obtain 750 coins to achieve 10th anniversary earrings since I have exams and my time is limited for this event!! I AM SURE 1000% That I bought the right item and it bought me the wrong item! (Leaf instead of Earrings) I have servertime if you need a proof - I CLICKED THE RIGHT PRODUCT !! Moreover - I have face accessory, I can obtain a leaf from the Tree PQ instead of spending 750 coins on it. Why should I buy it at first? I didn't expect to have a bug in that case... I beg to your heart, please refund me those 750 coins or put the earrings inside my inventory instead, I spent tons of effort on this item and the cost of the products is equal (Earrings = Leaf). I really need those earrings. Thanks in advance and take care !!
The chances that it was a system error vs human error is near 0%. The maple leaf item is also just below the earrings and looks very similar. Not saying that you didn't experience what you did, but you're definitely playing against the odds here. Obtaining 750 coins is 15 cake bosses, there are still 26 days to the event. Just saying.
I planned to use those 750 coins for the earrings and the next 750 coins for the pendant.. I have exams and I need to study very very hard. Not everyone has plenty of time. My future career is more important than a video game. I don’t know what happened but I remember that I chose the right item and bought the earrings. Its only 1 action that can save me alot of frustration and bad feelings since I have 0 intentions to buy leaf. I don’t record my game routine every second, especially when I talk to an npc. If it wouldn’t disturb me and make me feel broken I wouldn’t open that thread at first. My time is expensive and I had plans that went away because of bug / misclick which can be supported via a click and save the mood of the community. I play over 3 years and never opened a case that I ask a help from the gm
Hello. This isn't what you want to hear, but I was not able to replicate the issue on my end after testing. As S934 mentioned, the item is very similar and could have potentially been misclicked. We unfortunately are not able to refund in this case, but do wish you the best of luck with the rest of the 10th anniversary event!
