Hello, the reported issue is still on our Task List Character Issues are usually resolved/processed during server checks, so this would take some time Based on the initial report's description, I believe your partner has divorced you during your inactive period Are you unable to get married again? Edit: as I may have misunderstood the situation, are both of the married characters yours?
Thanks for the transparency. To answer your question, no, both characters are not married to each other. I am no longer in contact with the partner that I was married to, so I have no way of telling if our characters were divorced during my leave of absence. To my knowledge, we both stopped playing around the same time.
Regarding your concern, the best we can do is request the Admins to verify the marriage status to confirm if it's bugged somehow *so far there isn't any prior cases of marriage being bugged and causing divorce However, if your partner had requested the divorce via the NPC while you were inactive, we are unable to restore the marriage status (unless the divorce was caused by a bug)
