Okay I understand that when GM's name tagging something, it adds a lot more value to the item, whether it'd be for memories (can be through events etc.) and I agree in a sort of kind of way actually. But lets talk about people we've met, throughout the entire time of our time in MapleRoyals. For example: My current NL's top is worth barely anything AT ALL!! But it was given to me by someone very special in the past (around 2016 - 2018 if you can believe) who sadly does not play anymore, and who I remember throughout a discussion yesterday. So in other words, can there become a some sort of "meet each other half way", where it does not make Staff's name tag less valuable or less meaningful but at least consider making the item untradable if it truly is something we want to remember "that person" by. This can go either way, either for normal NX cash or RP by donating to the server. But my point still stands, so let me know what you feel about this subject. PS: This could have been brought up in the past, but maybe not the same way so I'm not holding back. Give your opinions people!
Name tagged NX items (won in gm events) are usually worth more than untagged verions. They are rare and it's some kind of achivment for somone who obtain one. With ur suggestion this rarity will disaper. But maybe with this untradable option it won't be that bad... who knows
Just make name tags work again and have pink bean (rarely) drop them, while removing them from cash shop Then people will only tag gear that truly means something to them
I am only supportive of adding back the name-tag if the bug of name-tag disappearing upon trading/dropping can be fixed, else I feel it can cause drama among players Example scenario: lent a name-tagged item to a buddy buddy swapped it out for a non-tagged item claims it disappeared due to bug went to sell it off = drama Hope you understand my concerns I am not against the name-tagging itself, I am against the drama it could cause when the name-tag disappears
Can't we like make the GM tag items be a different colour? maybe a RED or BLUE line? while a normal tag will be the correct orange color. Or it can be like GM - "name" on the tag.

Well i was giving an idea about how it should be available inorder to still keep the valuable of the gm tagged items. is it still counting as a new idea? was thinking its goes along with whether name tagging should be available and how to keep gm tagged valuable (as stated its prob the number one issue). Personally I don't have any particular problem with allowing name tagging in general, but suppose we'd want a proper system that can take off the name tags as well. Ideally would like the trading bug Dave mentioned to be fixed. Having it mark those items as untradeable could be problematic in the future if the user ends up wanting it to be tradeable again. "My friend stole my maple spouse so now I hate them and want to pawn off this item"
I don't quite understand what you're proposing here. Is this not just a request to have name tags working again? I've had friends tag items for me before they quit in the past. I don't follow the game very closely anymore so maybe I'm just out of the loop but what do regular name tagged items have to do with GM event tagged event items?
I'd like to have name tagging available because that's the way I'd ever sell my wand (Assuming there's someone insane enough to buy it LOL). Getting rid of it to fund someone else maybe, but people gotta know that I made it.
