Closed I got banned

    Last thing I did: Solo LPQ and Pirate PQ using mine and my siblings chars
    Why do you think I got banned: no idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned me: idk, where to check ???

    You have been banned for Major Vote Abuse:

    Punishment: Permanent ban.

    Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

    The Admins checked your voting history and saw a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. The extra NX you accumulated doing so gave you a significant advantage over every other person who plays on this server and follows the voting rules. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. Now that you mention more than one of my accounts, i have my siblings checked their accounts, they were all banned.
    How do you define we are operated under same person? I used their accounts to play some PQ when they are not using.

    We voted from different households, at times we played together when some of them were available. Is there a way we can provide account holders information to clarify these accounts are not owned by same person? Thanks

    If more than one person in your household played Royals, it was your responsibility to make sure only one of you voted per 24-hours, on only one account. If each of you playing in the household wished to vote, you needed to apply for the Whitelist. This is written out in multiple places on both the Forums, and in-game.

    You also just admitted with the statement above to account sharing, which is also against the rules:

    Punishment: Permanent ban.

    Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared.

    Unfortunately, at this point, it is too late for an alternative remedy.

    I appreciate your efforts in being "SMART".

    How is it account sharing when they log in from their end so that I could have enough members in party to get in party quests? I was the one clearing stages and they move their chars to the next stage when i am done clearing. Did i mention i logged in to their accounts? "USE" can be using their existence in the game to enter party quest right?

    Also, we are not playing in same house. We stay in different places, not in the same household. It is not against the policy if we did not apply for whitelist. Could you let us know what is the definition of "Applying for whitelist if staying in same household"? I have mentioned in previous reply, we stay in different places and voted from different places.

    What are the foundations of these accusations that you are implying on us? We did not break any rules, we each own an account and we vote using our own chars when we stayed in different households.

    What are your siblings IGNs?

    And if they are banned, they would have to make their own appeals, so their situation can be looked into as well.

    "when they are not using their" account for Shopping, chilling, travelling, bossing or levelling. Any time that they are just afk-ing i could use some help to get in PQs. does that clear the doubts??

    As the definition of "afk" would means [away from keyboard], this doesn't explain how did they help you enter PQs while not at the PC

    i dont get it, when they chose to AFK, they are not allowed to afk in the map that i supposed to get in PQs? what is with all these micromanagement?
    we are users, not your employees. as for what they chose to do, where they chose to afk, at what exact moment. is totally up to them, as long as they are in the map for me to enter PQ.

    This investigation is funny, you are all acting like CIA agents, trying to catch words and spin with it. This is no courtroom, and you aint a judge. if we show up personally, i think you will even start to monitor our heart pulses for lies, body language as indication of so called ACCOUNT SHARING.

    my question is, after being accused by multiple GMs starting with Vote violation > ACCOUNT SHARING, no one is answering anymore. are you guys discussing what other accusation to put on us? what will be the next offence, like seriously?

    i agree with one of the banned player "I know you are trying to help but would appreciate it if the GMs could at least ask me info which cannot be proven by them."

    Without asking for info, direct sentencing, which court room does this? You want to directly throw me inside Changi prison or not?
    After being provided with information, still the team is trying to look for an offence to put on players just to boost your KPI. you really think these are legit KPI? simply accusing players with all kind of reasons: they have high HP, being too wealthy, or even playing in different households. Are the team able to differentiate gaming world and reality world? Imagining money laundry or conspiracy theory in games? Is there anyone that talk sense in the team?

    When multiple players are involved in a related ban, all of the involved parties are required to submit a Ban Appeal so that the GMs can verify the situation
