Anyone know the suggested INT each class should be leveling with to successfully HP wash a solid amount and what the suggested amount of AP resets is? Im not looking to ChristopherC/LosAngeles my character, but obviously want to have enough HP to do HT, PB (if it comes out) etc. This is more specifically for a warrior> hero
Too lazy to run calculations right now so I'm doing this off memory. I really should write these values down in notepad or something. To get to the HP for horntail on any char, except to zerk as a DrK you'll need to do very minimal washing (~40 resets for bowmen and nls, 30 tops for sairs and none at all AFAIK for warriors and buccs.) That much washing can be done without dedicating any base int or int equips to your character. You will only need to use the spare MP you pick up from your job advances and equips like zhelm and dep star, though more doesnt hurt anything but your wallet. For PB HP on a warrior you're going to want max HP. To do that without HB is somewhere in the mid to high 300's of resets (depending on how early you want to hit it.) To get this many washes you'll want around 120 INT between base and equips, and you'll need to keep it into early 4th job. To do it with HB (so 18,750 before HB) is in the 130 washes range and will require ~60 int between base and equips. Those numbers are for a hero - a DrK will take 5-10 more. The most efficient way to reach PB HP on a corsair is to go up to 170 base int and to MP wash 5 times per level for ~40 levels. You'll still need HB on the runs. counting the resets for the hp washes, the mp washes, and the base int you'll need to reset this totals up around 700 resets, and you're going to need to leech your character at least from level 1 to 70. I have yet to calculate the most efficient path for NLs and bowman to reach PB hp, but expect the total number of resets used to be somewhere on the order of 800 or so.
