IGN: AislingDuval Problem: Lost my 35 int golden zak helm (I got this from a friend, his IGN is Manuel123) Details: I was only curious to see if you can still trade this golden zakhelm (i often pass this helm to my alt for hp washing) so i try dropping it, and I EXPECTED there should be a warning prompt everytime, but TO MY SURPRISE there wasnt any warning prompt, it's like throwing an item to the ground, but it just didn't even hit the ground, it's just gone. (since the equip only shows "one-of-a-kind" tag, but no "untradable" tag after server reset, i suspect this is a visual bug that would leads to unwanted misunderstandings) i'll provide screenshot of the helm: (sorry i couldn't find any screenshot for now, so can GM check my drop log?)
It should be around 1:45 AM UTC to 2:00 AM UTC, if I recall correctly. Or you could try 1:30 AM UTC to 2:05 AM UTC! This event just happened today (3/8/2023)
Preview Hi, I also lost my 31int golden zhelm off my character Burning2Aveng. It happened shortly after the server check today so approximately 1am UTC. I was removing my gzhelm to place in my inventory but misclicked and accidentally dropped it. It didn't prompt me and instead disappeared. Please help! I unfortunately don't have a picture as I only purchased it right before the server check.
To save GM time and effort, I just scrolled a better helm yesterday So no need to recover my helm, if you have other cases to handle! You can close this thread, if you want.
