Hi all, I've come back to Mapleroyals after a very long time! I know things have changed a lot and I know that Dark Knight used to be pretty ''crappy'' back in the day. How is the tier list in terms of Warrior with the 4th job? I've always loved DK, but if it's impossible to find a party, I would chose a safe choice and go with Hero or Pally. Appreciate it! P.S. I've also got a NL, is that still okay in terms of the tier list?
Both Hero and Dark Knight are underused at the moment due to the fact that Paladins offer Total Crash which helps parties clear some highly sought bosses. Having said that, Heroes and Dks still offer the best DPS when hitting 3+ targets, so they are super good at some bosses such as: - CWKPQ (Hitting bottom bosses) - Scarga (Hitting both Scarlion and Targa) - LHC (Hitting multiple mobs and rushing) - Zakum Arms (Can hit multiple) - Von Leon (Unsure since I haven't done) - Shaolin Master (Can hit Shao and his clones) Paladins are still better at bosses like Zakum Bodies, Krex and Horntail since they like to spam Weapon Cancel. I'd suggest just playing what you enjoy since there is a niche spot for everything in the game.
Play whatever the fuck you want! I think DK's are arguably one of the easiest classes to main. DK's are very easily strong at solo and beginner content such as Zak, Chao, Eph, Shao, LHC, RG. DK's don't really "need" other buffs but still benefit from all. DK's scale well with both Stats and Watk. You can easily use cheap Warrior Gloves and Boots. Dragon Roar and Fury are very nice skills to farm for quests or monster cards! Berzerk is both a blessing and a curse. More than doubling your DPS but also causing a lot of pain when attempting to do end-game bossing due to the dealing too much damage to hold shift and netflix. However, you'll easily be rich enough to fund another char to do thay content with at that point.
