So I was trying to unequip my golden zhelm by dragging it into my inventory and I missed with my mouse, then it just disappeared on me, no warning about dropping or anything. Happened around 17:30 server time.

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds.
