Hello, You have been banned for using a Macro-Script. Spoiler: Major Infractions Punishment: Permanent ban. Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act.
I did use a macro-script. I admit it. I had a wrong impression that this is acceptable from another forum thread, the people in there said macro was acceptable if it's not automatic and play the game for you, and so I did make a macro, but only a manual one, to allow you to press 2 buttons at the same time (for easy Telecasting). I admit it. I made manual macro for different games before, but never have I been banned, so I haven't learned my lesson. I never made any macro that would play the game for you, only manual one that would help you press some buttons at once. But as minor as it could be, it still violates the rule. Honestly, one more mistake I made in Mapleroyals is that I was open to talking about it, so admin could have caught me in the chat log. If this means the end of my Mapleroyals endeavors then I’m sorry to say that I cannot lead the Starlight guild anymore, and sorry to all of those who are sticking to Starlight up until now. And sorry to the peoples who donated and participated in our guild event, as I cannot continue this anymore. I’ll accept this ban and move on with my life. I must say that MapleRoyals was fun, and I was delighted to meet and made memories to a lot of people in Mapleroyals! Especially @Manuel123 , @Sheeana , @xDecoy , @ll3ow (Nick), and a lot of you guys out there, you know your names. For GMs who are reading this, can guild leadership be transferred when a guild leader got banned? If it's not impossible and our JRs have to start a new guild and move people gradually out from Starlight, that would complicate a lot of things. I really care about my guild, and a lot of passionate people in Starlight care about it as well, so I'm happy to hear if there's an alternative. I Hope Admin would happy to hear my request to transfer guild leadership to someone inside my guild, or temporarily unban me for a few days, so I can sort everything for the guilds before I'm gone. Hi duyhung2h, After reviewing the evidence, the Staff has decided to change your ban from Macro-Botting to Robotic Play, based on this post by an Admin clarifying the following: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/clarification-of-third-party-hard-and-software-benefits.136768/ Particularly, this statement from that thread: To that we would also like to add that people caught using macroing techniques that rebind multiple keys to one (outside of the in-game macro skill) but are actively playing (thus not botting) will get a 14-day ban for their first offense instead of a permanent one from here on out as we update our T&C to reflect that. Since your situation falls under the rule above, we have changed your ban from permanent to 14-days. Please, do not use the techniques you were using that got you banned again, as a second ban for Robotic Play is permanent. That goes for any other player reading this that may be using a similar technique.
Thank you! I'm glad that you reconsider this ban Stephen. I'll read the ToS more carefully from now on, and avoid any mistakes in the coming future. That would go for this mistake, and any other ones listed in the ToS. The Staff as a whole discussed your situation and collectively decided on the Robotic Play ban. I will pass along your thanks to them too! As for your two threads, it looks like you have done what you were supposed to do. You need to wait for an Admin to get to your Forum Name Change request and your Donator Tag request. Only they have access to that forum. It takes a while for those threads to be addresses since the Admins always have a lot of tasks to do.
Seems to me that 2 weeks have passed. Would I get unbanned? Or do I have to wait for another, or two days?

Account Sharing - This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following: Using power-levelling services; Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (i.e. training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing; Sharing your account details with multiple people.

Thanks for solving my case once again Stephen! I wasn't aware when I was chatting on Discord, I didn't even know that using TeamViewer could result you in a ban either. As MitchyD was vouching for me, the evidence for both of us was only mere discussion on Discord. Regardless, I suggest you guys should update on what is "account sharing" in the Terms of Service (last time I checked, there was nothing mentioned about "remote access 3rd party program") by adding this criteria: Using 3rd party software to control another player's character, other than your own character, would result in you getting banned. First-time offense would be 30 days ban, but perma depends on the circumstances, maybe if they did something outrageous, like transferring items or mess with other player's characters.
