IGN: LiteWizardX1 Problem: lost Golden Zakum Helmet Details: I thought Golden Zakum helmets were un tradable after august 2 2023 so yeah today i was equipping another helmet then i drag the Golden zak helmet back to equip slot i might have failed to drag it to the equip slot and clicked outs the the equip tab but the weird part is it didn't prompt saying" are you sure you want to drop?" long story short i can't find the golden helmet anywhere i don't what to do if there anything you can do to retrieve back to me that would be mean alot thanks

it happen on aug 4 2023 around 3:10pm EST my golden helmet 36 int 19 luk i remember the golden helmet is untradable after aug 2 2023 but here what happen i unequipped my transparent hat then my gold zhelm but then i decided to drag my golden helmet to my hat slot to equip it but i might have accidently dragged it outside the hat tab and click on a empty space even if that happened there should have been warning sign for untradable itemsto be dropped and i didn't even recall seeing that sign when then finally i check my equips yeah my gold zak helm was gone hope this helps i hope you could resolve this situation thanks

hi there just to make things clear i pmed GM Becca at 3:26pm aug 4 2023 which was 11min after i lost my helmet not sure what the time zone was when 1 pmed Becca at 3:26pm its probably server time not sure but just wanted to clarify just in case.
Will i get my helmet back anytime soon I'm sort of losing my patient will it be solved by the next patch? Let me know thanks

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you.
