Hello. You are not banned. You are connecting from a banned IP. You will need to change your IP on your end. You can try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP. Otherwise, if you are using a VPN, you will need to use a private (paid) VPN that assigns you a private IP.
Well all I have is the internet from my phone in my appartment, I use a hot spot... what do I do than?
You can try restarting your phone for a new IP address (or turning off the data option for 30 seconds)

You are successfully changing your IP, but you keep getting banned ones. Many of the free VPNs have been used by hackers in the past, and have been subsequently banned as a result. Those IPs cannot be unbanned. You can keep trying to see if you get an IP that isn't banned. An alternative would be, in order to assure you get an IP that isn't banned, to purchase your own private VPN.
As the mobile phone's data is often a dynamic IP address, it's likely you would cycle till a banned IP address from time to time You would have to keep cycling for an unbanned IP address or use a VPN with a dedicated IP address (usually comes at a fee)

Seems you've run into another issue. The "You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later" message appears when you have a MAC Ban. Looking at your accounts and connections, that seems to be the issue. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You are going to have to disable your faulty MAC address in order to connect to the game.
That is up to you. If you choose to keep using your phone hotspot IPs, you will probably get a banned IP again at some point. If you don't mind going through what happened to you above, you can keep using the same connection. If you want to guarantee your connection, and have a safer connection, a private VPN would be the other option.
