I think it is the price... 20 stat spec that is for shadowers mostly (to benefit from all stats) is nowhere near 25B, actually try 15-17B as S/B maybe you will have more luck.

 

The luk stat being that high is what makes it rare, not the total stat, therefore it's expensive. You're not going to find similar luk eye accessory that's tradeable on the market for a long time. I will lower the s/b regardless though, since the market is fairly slow at the moment and it is a niche item for very few end game players.

 

It took ne like a month to sell 16/15 spec. Sold for 30 b
It will take time but dont sell less than 20b
