IGN: StyleCheck Hey MapleRoyals Support Team! I accidentally dropped my Golden Zakum Helmet with 32 DEX... it did not give me a warning prompt before dropping and poof it went. This was around 03:50 server time August 10, 2023. I would love to recover it back as I cannot equip my weapon now.. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you. Or if you would like to schedule a time to meet for the refund then please let us know when is best for you.
