Hi, so my wife was having a issue trying to login and play. After she inputs pw, choose server, and lastly enter her PIC it goes into a black screen and nothing loads after that. She was playing fine yesterday before the new patch. She told me other people were having issues logging in from what she seen on the homepage announcement. I haven't played in a long while now so i decided to try to update and try myself, same problem is happening me. And looking on the main website it looks like server is up and people are online and playing. I tried to search to see if anyone has the exact same issue, but it looks like people are getting a error and reason for error. Our black screen just says black and no error pops up. Located in USA No VPN
