Hello, sorry to hear about the unfortunate accident of losing the [Golden Zakum Helmet] due to a lack of warning prompt

The Devs are looking into the issue and will be figuring out a way to restore the helm that was accidentally dropped

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds.

A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you. Or if you would like to schedule a time to meet for the refund then please let us know when is best for you.

Hello, unfortunately since you were trying to transfer your golden helmet outside of the tradeable period, we cannot transfer it to your other character. You will need to claim it on the original character you dropped it on.

 

Could you confirm if you would still like to claim the helm on the original character?
