Hi, long time returning player here, just logging in to check on some old friends/guildies, noticed i am missing atleast some RP NX equips. I'm 100% sure i checked every possible character it could be on, aswell as cash shop inventory. Nowhere to be found. I'm missing the hat, gloves, overall and shoes.
Could you provide the exact name of the items? Also, are there any other missing stuff such as equips or NX/RP amount? When was your last login before returning? *example Dec 2018
Honestly no clue what they are called, cant find them in cs anymore aswell, might have been some winter RP special. Dunno when exactly my last login was but pretty sure i 100% stopped playing actively at around early 2022... May have logged in here and there afterwards tho to henehoe a bit
Do you remember the last date of having those RP items? Would need an estimated date to forward to the Admins for investigation (so they can confirm if any corruptions occurred)
I sent this screen to a friend of mine on January 5 2022, so this’ll be the last known date i had them
Have forwarded the issue to the Admins, this likely would take some time to resolve (few months probably)
No worries, it is what it is. Just to confirm; the items actually did disappear due to some bug or update or w.e, and i’m not losing my mind?
From what I know, NX items do face this occasional bug of disappearing after trading or dropping (especially APRs), however it shouldn't occur to RP items as they are not tradable or droppable In the situation if it did disappear, likely due to some corruption in the system (would need Admin to verify), or the RP items was accidentally removed via a deleted character
these items arent on your account, bugged items would still appear so you likely moved them somewhere yourself. luckily they arent RP items so you could purchase them for nx again if you want them
