Love the game and love the fairness of the rules. I recently created a mule account to store my extra things: imcanie, and a couple days later decided to make another character to make mesos (bishop). I acknowledge that ignorance of the rule does not excuse my actions, but after reading the vote abuse rule, I assumed that it regarded to trying to vote twice in the same account by using a vpn or any other illegal programs that would allow you to do so. I then voted one time on my newly formed mage to get a pet to make life easier. (your guys' ban system is instant lol) Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per day (UTC). In no way did I use any NX to send things to my main or had any malicious intent. I accept the ban, but can I plead to shorten the length of the ban if I no longer vote on my new account? The Admins issued the ban and gave you a Minor Vote Abuse Ban, which has a duration of 14-days. Your ban will expire on September 17th around 18:00 Servertime. Please be more mindful of your voting habits. If you vote abuse again, it will result in a permanent ban.
Can the ban duration be shortened? It was a one time thing and I interpreted the rules incorrectly. Asking for the benefit of the doubt. Thank you for responding.
