IGN ThaPig problem, i did not receive my money from selling my items i had posted 3 clean white racoon masks for sale in my personal shop for 179,999,999 and sold them all to one character. but i did not receive my money from the shop.my game crashed and when i logged back in my 523m and change was not in my bank. please help me. i don't have pics of the items sold as the game crashed but i do know the ign of the person who purchased them. and a pic of them saying the turned them to dust
of course! so after the char 'Maximoo' bought them from me i saw him smega this so i whispered him because i was curious if that was one of the 3 masks he just bought from me, and he replied with this sadly i stupidly didn't take a picture of the bought items in the shop, but i do remember that when they initally were bought, i didn't see the mesos add to my funds but just assumed it would when i closed the shop as i don't sell to often. I hope this is enough proof but if you need to, you can definitely verify all this info with 'Maximoo' and check my account to see i never had the mesos. Also, I havn't bought anything since as i just logged off after it happened.
i sold them Sept 2nd, approx 8:15 UTC and the crash happened not long after that i would say around 8:25-8:30 UTC and when i logged back in the mesos from the sale were nowhere to be found, i even checked Fredrick just in case it went there somehow but nope ):
Thank you for providing the timings Have drafted a brief summary of the mentioned issue and forwarded it to the Admins for confirmation Should they be able to confirm the loss of meso (or items) was caused by the game system, they would provide a refund accordingly
not sure if i have to mention this but today at 11:04 UTC roughly i did a private trade selling my 2 taru totems, for 700M. so thats where my current bank roll of mesos has come from, and ty for your time to have someone look into this for me!
Moo bought those masks in the shop listed for 179,999 which you mispriced without the last 3 digits, let's not waste more admin time and contact moo in game, will refund you 1 ws for your troubles instead
well... i don't know what else to say other than i'm not sure how i didnt catch that, i swore that i put them for the correct price but i guess not lmao my bad. but thank you so much Moo for your generosity in refunding me most of it, you didnt need to do that and i am beyond appreciative, and ill definitely make sure to triple check my shop prices next time xD sorry to the admins/mods for wasting your time, i honestly thought a glitch had happened :facepalm:
