The Admins checked your voting history and saw a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. The extra NX you accumulated doing so gave you a significant advantage over every other person who plays on this server and follows the voting rules. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.
Hello, how am i abusing the vote-system when i cannot even vote for different accounts using the same IP address?
Hello Stephen, after reading up on the voting rule, i've came to realized on the mistakes that i have made. And that is i should not have voted more than once despite having multiple accounts. I initially thought that i was allowed to vote on all my accounts using different IP address (home wifi, 3G/4G Network, etc). Can i humbly request you guys to give me a temporary ban instead and in the mean time, my wife and i will go and register on the voting whitelist. I have a total of 5 accounts and my wife have 2. Thanks and my sincere apologies.
You are correct. You were only allowed to vote on one account per 24-hours between the two of you. As for your request for a lesser ban, the Admins are the ones who gave out the ban, and only they have access to the voting logs. I don't know how many times you extra-voted, but it was enough for the Admins to give you a Major Vote Abuse ban as a result. Passing your appeal over to the Admins won't help you much here, unfortunately. I can still do that if you wish, but I seriously doubt it will change the outcome.
Alright, i am still taking the slightest chances. I am sincerely feeling apologetic for breaking the vote-system rule(i cross my heart that i really have 0 idea that there is a voting whitelist).. Would gladly appreciate your help to pass my ban-appeal over to the Admins thank you so much once again.

Hi Tim, thanks for getting back to me. My wife's character names are oBow and Tehhse. The rest of the characters like vBow, Dusks, Kopihse, Leftside and Rightside are mine. To clarify even more, Tehhse, Leftside and Rightside are mainly for storage purposes like for Power Elixer etc. I used to sell leech on vBow, but now it is just a HS/MW20 mule for bosses and I used to play Kopihse for bossing purposes. But now, mainly I am just using Dusks to do bosses with oBow(My wife). Hope this is a clearer clarification.
between your wife voting on both her accounts, you voting on 3 of your accounts we cant lighten your punishment unfortunately. we would understand if your wife and yourself voted once each without being registered on the whitelist because you were unaware however thats not the case. there's multiple warnings regarding voting rules including on the page where you vote that mention you can only vote once per household per day

Would gladly appreciate if you can just give me another chance for this issue. If by rolling-back the NX that I extra voted would solve the issue, will gladly appreciate if you can look into this.
