Since this isn't in the guide I thought I should include what items are needed to craft the rings if anyone was wondering:

You just click Moony in Amoria and press "I want an annulment"

 

u also need to unequip the wedding ring

Does the CD apply to both people where they can't remarry for 7 days or does it only apply if you want to re-marry as a groom? I got an annulment and was told to wait 7 days before I can craft the ring, but what if I was the bride?

You don't have to restart, as long as you haven't proposed yet.
