Character Name: Kamii Last thing you did: I was sitting afk in Kerning City. Why do you think you got banned?: No idea at all, I actually even took a break, so I haven't been playing. Suddenly I'm banned. Ban message when attempting to log in: " Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details: Kamii has been banned for attempting to drop too few, or too many mesos. " Here's a gyazo image of it: http://gyazo.com/683b0a86dd1a179c8ba441e861f485bc What GM banned you (optional): Didn't say in the message.
Care to explain what you were doing on Christopher Chance's account yesterday? http://royals.ms/forum/threads/losangeles-hacked.23259/
When I saw this comment I seriously lost myself. I have never been online on any account other than my own, and I have absolutely no idea on how to hack others. I haven't been online on mapleroyals for days, and the time I spent online last time was about an hour of when I mostly were just afk. Unfortunately I really don't have any way to defend myself, or explain for that matter. I'm just very surprised something like this is assumed, since I know I haven't done anything of that sort. Allthough, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't comment that without knowing that "I'm" the one who did it. Does it say in your servers (or where you get the information from) that it was my ip that logged on to his account? If that's the case, the only thing I can think of is that I've had troubles with viruses these past days. I've run several anti-virus scans in attempts remove any infected files on my computer. Is it possible that a virus could have done something like this? Finding someone's password and hack someone in MY name? All I know is that I've been away, and that I PERSONALLY, have never logged on any mapleroyals account these past days. I hope this misunderstanding will be sort out, aswell as Chance's belongings returned.
Could you PM me your ip address (home wifi rather than 3G/4G smartphone networks) and the MAC addresses of any computers you log into MapleRoyals from, please? You can get your ip pretty much by typing "What's my ip?" into Google. For MAC addresses, use this: http://www.wikihow.com/Find-the-MAC-Address-of-Your-Computer
In case someone randomly stumbles upon this thread: I'm not the hacker. Katsuruka and Matt came to this conclusion. (Saying this to avoid making a bad reputation of myself)
No need to apologize! I'm glad it's all working out. Hopefully you'll find out how it all happened. Good luck!
