Hello. You were permanently banned for major vote abuse. It was determined by our administrators that you were voting more than once per day.

It is written in multiple places, both in game (as a Royal Tip and from the Shanks Quest to leave Maple Island), and on the Forums (including right on the page where you vote) that you as a person can only vote ONCE per 24-hours, no matter how many accounts you have, whether it be two, as in your case, or five, or sixty. You can only make 8,000NX per 24-hours via voting as a person daily.

Now, as for your three points:

The MapleRoyals Website prevents players from voting more than once on the same IP. That is a failsafe put in to prevent accidental multi-voting. The fact that you used a different IP to vote on your second account proves to us that you didn't read the voting rules.

You are correct. You can multi-client all you want.
What you can't do is vote on multiple accounts daily. Your ban is a legit reason. This is right from the MapleRoyals Terms of Service:

MapleRoyals ToS Major Infractions: Major Vote Abuse
Punishment: Permanent ban.

Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

Your ban was given as Major Vote Abuse because, as Tim said above, you were double voting for more than 5 months.

As for the Whitelist Application, filling that out is completely on the person. If the person does not feel comfortable sending their actual picture to the Staff (of which only a very select few on Staff have access to that thread), then they are not obligated to. They just have to take turns voting.

MapleRoyals takes Vote Abuse very seriously. Because extra NX accumulation can give significant advantages to players in the form of Mesos via selling NX items, most often AP Resets; or Gachaponing, etc. Gaining this extra NX is not a "little thing".

Let's take your case as an example. Double voting for 5 months gave you approximately 150 days of extra voting, multiplied by 8,000NX a day, is 1.2 million extra NX you received by extra voting. Look at that from the perspective of every other player who follows the rules and only votes once per 24-hours. 1.2 million extra NX gave you a significant advantage over all of them.

With that all being said, your appeal is denied.
